1. Scope
This policy applies to private tours booked through this website. If your written quote states different terms, the written quote prevails.
2. If you cancel
Cancel in writing (email or WhatsApp). More than 24 hours before pickup: free, with a full refund of anything you have paid. Between 24 and 12 hours before pickup: 50% of the tour price. Less than 12 hours before pickup or if you do not appear: the full tour price, because your guide and vehicle are reserved for you alone. Times are counted in Türkiye local time from the moment we receive your message.
3. Changing your date or time
You may move your tour once at no cost if you ask at least 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Any difference in price for the new date is shown to you before you confirm.
4. Cruise passengers
If your cruise line cancels or skips the port call, or the ship arrives so late that the tour can no longer be run, we will refund your tour in full or rebook it free of charge, as you prefer, once you send us proof such as a cruise-line notice. If you are late yourself or decide not to join, the rules above apply.
5. If we cancel
If we have to cancel because of weather, a site closure, official restrictions, force majeure or the unavailability of your guide or vehicle, we will offer another date, a credit, or a full refund.
6. Multi-day tours
Deposit and payment schedule are set in your written quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, cancelling more than 30 days before the first service costs 10% of the price, 29 to 15 days 30%, 14 to 5 days 50%, and less than 5 days or no-show 100%. Services bought from third parties, such as flights, hotels, balloon flights or tickets, follow the supplier's own rules.
7. Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 business days; your bank may need extra time. Entrance tickets that we bought in advance on your behalf and that have already been issued may not be refundable.
8. Travel insurance
We recommend insurance that covers trip cancellation and interruption.
