2. What we collect
Only what you give us: the details you type into the request form (tour, date, number of guests, ship or hotel, name, phone number) and anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and time of request.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a written quote and itinerary, and organise the tour you request. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who receives it
The request form is delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. If you choose WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp. The site is hosted on Google Cloud in Europe and also loads maps and fonts from Google, photographs from Wikimedia Commons and icons from jsDelivr, which can see your IP address when your browser requests them.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and tour, and afterwards only as long as accounting, tax or other legal duties require.
6. Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or to object to its use, and you may complain to the competent data protection authority. Write to muratbasargnc@gmail.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
